Jonanne Saraf Massard is the founder and owner of Creative Cosmetics PMU, where artistry, restoration, and advanced paramedical innovation come together to create natural, confidence restoring results. Specializing in luxury permanent makeup and NUE Conceal paramedical treatments, Jonanne is known for her refined aesthetic, meticulous attention to detail, and compassionate, client-centered approach.

Her journey into permanent makeup began in 2013 as a client seeking to restore her own brows. After experiencing firsthand the transformative power of the industry, Jonanne developed a deep passion for helping others feel confident and empowered through restorative beauty. She went on to pursue advanced professional training and founded Creative Cosmetics Cape Cod in 2019, earning recognition for elegant, natural looking enhancements designed to complement, never overpower her clients’ features.

After attending her first PMU World Conference in Miami, Jonanne was inspired to further expand her practice into restorative and healing treatments through NUE Conceal. She has since advanced her expertise in paramedical treatments working with cancer survivors, individuals with alopecia, congenital conditions, and clients with surgical or traumatic scarring. Her specialized services include scar camouflage and stretch mark rejuvenation, treatments designed to support both physical restoration and emotional confidence.

With a professional background in fashion, modeling, and performing arts, including touring with the Ice Capades. Jonanne brings a sophisticated artistic eye and deep understanding of beauty, symmetry, and presentation to every procedure. She also holds a degree in Business and Literature from the University of Massachusetts Boston, blending creativity, technical precision, and professionalism to deliver an elevated client experience.
